"I had ordered the Adapt Weekender Duffel for an upcoming trip. The thing that really sold me was the packing cubes that came with it. When I received my bag I noticed that I had been sent the incorrect bag, the Alana duffel. I will say this first, that bag is beautiful! The quality is excellent and I will absolutely order it in the future! As soon as I noticed this I emailed customer service. Sydney emailed back within 24 hours and took care of making sure I got the correct one on the way. She even made sure that it was sent out so that it would make it to me in time for my trip this weekend. I can't wait to receive the correct bag and will 100% be ordering more from Vooray!"
