We want you to love your new Vooray bag, but if for some reason it's not right, you can return it for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. All sale items are final sale. Prepaid return labels are provided to all U.S.A. returns with a $1 non-refundable processing free.

Return labels are specific to your return and only the approved items should be included in the return package. We use USPS to allow for easy drop off and delivery back to our warehouse. Please do not combine returns or it will likely result in delayed processing. We guarantee your bag for one year after the purchase date.
