I ordered a duffel bag from Vooray and was disappointed with the condition of the item upon arrival. While I personally didn’t plan to use the included shoe bag, it is unacceptable for any component of an order to arrive dirty. Regardless of whether an accessory is optional or not, all items sent to customers should be clean and in proper condition. This reflects basic quality control and brand standards. Vooray needs to do better when it comes to product inspection and packaging before shipping.

I already owned this bag in another color and decided to buy this one for a birthday gift. This is a great carry-on bag with enough pockets to hold everything you would need when traveling. It’s well made and fits perfectly under the seat. Worth the money.

My issue with this bag is the laptop section is too small. It’s disappointing as it almost fits. It isn’t comfortable for walking to work, if you are a commuter. Otherwise I do like it but that was the most important feature for me as I wanted a bag for commuting. I will use this as a gym bag since I drive there and don’t walk very far.

Great quality and design of bag

I have not had a chance to take this on an upcoming trip yet, but I am in love with this bag. I just came back from a month-long trip to South America, where I had purchased about six different bags before the trip and settled on one. It just did not do the trick on my trip. It didn’t work for me and so the search continued. I have ordered so many different bags that I just knew weren’t the right one until I found the Alana duffel by Vooray! I’m so excited for this upcoming trip because I know this is the perfect carry-on and under seat bag for both domestic and international travel. I absolutely love the chicness and sexiness of the quilted black duffel bag. I love that the interior is light white to find things. That was one of my biggest issues with previous bags is that the interior is so dark that you can’t see or find things in it, but every aspect of this bag is perfect . The only thing I’m not sure about at this point, but I will have to use it to determine if it is going to be an issue, are the magnetic clips on both ends of the bag to clip down when not using the Crossbody strap. I imagine when full, These magnetic snaps might not easily connect. The Crossbody strap might want to come with a padded shoulder protector down the road. But I think this is the perfect bag. I will definitely post another review or a follow up on this after my domestic trip next month.

Item arrived quickly but as soon as I used the bag the outside fabric started to crack and peel off. I only used the bag once so that was frustrating.

I was so excited about this cute bag. It seemed to be high quality. After one day of use, the grommet on the strap to cinch the laptop fell off - clearly not manufactured well. I intended to use this bag for work travel so a working strap is a must. I then figured, no problem, a high quality brand such as Vooray should stick by their product and they will make this right. Well, in the past two months, I have emailed their support twice and left a voicemail and they have not responded. So now I'm stuck with a busted bag. Shame on you, Vooray. Do better.

Upon receiving my bag when I opened it, there was a dirty, used hair clip. I don’t know if my bag was used and returned or if it was from the manufacturing facility but they need better inspections. The hair clip was white along the inside of the clips and had hair on it. So gross!!

I love this bag! The size is just right for me!

Cool looking bag. Visually it’s exactly what I wanted….but it lacks quality. It arrived with errant threads sticking out at the seams and a little piece of stuffing/padding is sticking out on the bottom seam. The inside of the bag is BRIGHT white. That isn’t thoughtful design. It will not age well. The strap is mostly white and the bag is black. I wanted to love this bag but I cant ignore the flaws.

That Alana duffel is a great size for my yoga studio classes! I love the inside pocket for my water bottle so I don't have to carry it separately. I really like that it stands up and I can easily fit it into the locker.

Perfect size! I was worried my barbell pad wasn’t going to fit (which is super important to me!) but I was able to squeeze it in perfectly. It still fits even when you have shoes in the side compartment. I got it in the all black colour and it is super sleek looking! Definitely the best gym bag I've ever had to keep all my things organized in each pocket.

When I first got this bag I was so excited. So many pockets! Small and sleek, yet somehow it holds so much more than my old bigger, bulkier, heavier bag. Now, less than one month in the design flaws are showing themselves. Attachments for the crossbody strap are narrow and are pulling away, soon I won't be able to use the crossbody. Every day new threads pop up and make me worry that my bag is unraveling from the inside out! Nice bag, but with the failures I'm seeing it won't be useful for too long. Just a few tweaks needed to make this a perfect bag!

Perfect size for work. I like the extra bags as I store my work shoes in the bag.

I purchased three Alana duffel bags and none of them came with the shoulder strap. I filled out a form online and sent it back and have heard nothing from your company.

The bag seems of great material. We’ll see how it holds up, but it’s super cute. Love the look. It did have a funky smell, but hopefully that’ll go away

I just received this bag and haven’t used it yet. I purchased it for a trip next month but I can tell it’s going to be a wonderful investment. I even got two of my friends to buy it! It has all the right pockets, the sleeve for my roller bag, a phone pocket and it even looks smart!

This is seriously the best bag I’ve come across in the market! The space, the versatility, the style and the overall use this bag gets is worth every penny. Uses—purse, gym bag, carry-on, diaper bag, overnight bag, IT. DOES. IT. ALL.

I had it in my mind the was larger than the gym burner (I think it’s called) but it’s not. Guess I didn’t need another one this size. It’s cute though.

Such a great quality and feels much more expensive than it is. I can’t wait to use it as a travel carryon with all the pockets. My kindle fits perfectly in the outside pocket with its case, which is what I was hoping for.

This bag is absolutely gorgeous and stylish! It’s hard to find a good balance between something functional and that looks good, but this bag does both. Not to mention the neoprene material is so convenient! Highly recommend it!

I got this bag to take to work as a nurse. I love it! So many pockets for my badges, pens, wallet, chargers, tampons, masks etc! It’s very sturdy and the straps stay on my shoulder just fine. I love that there’s a pouch for additional storage and a shoe bag as well. This bag would work great for traveling or the gym too and will plan to use for both. Very versatile, definitely worth the money.

Found Vooray on accident and I’m so glad I did. Recently moved out of state and this bag is absolutely perfect for weekend trips as well as heading to the gym to get your sweat on!
