"I love this bag for every day usage. It fits my laptop, water bottle, snacks, wallet, pens/pencils, and I can even fit a pair of shoes with all that (it's a tight fit, but it works if I need it to). At one point, the inside water bottle pocket ripped, and my water bottle wasn't staying upright. I'd had the bag for a couple of months maybe at that point (or not even?). I emailed, and they were quick to send a replacement, as it should not have ripped with such a short use time. I really appreciate their customer service as well as making quality bags. I haven't had any issue with the second one - going strong!"
