"Vooray used to be my go-to brand for well-made, fun, and budget-friendly bags. However, the new Work It Tote quality is terrible. The 1st one I purchased had a messed up bunching seam in the handle that made it uncomfortable over my arm, without even USING it, just trying it on to see how it hung (and if it even be comfortable wearing over my shoulder; personally, I think the hole/strap is too small for a normal size body carrying it this way). I returned it (btw, there is no exchange - you have to rebuy and return. . . and then wait for your money). I purchased a 2nd one, hoping that this was just a fluke; NOPE. The seams are already coming apart where the handle connects to the tote. And I'm supposed to put a laptop in here? No way the construction will handle a full tote of life stuff. Super disappointing, Vooray!"
