"I ordered a duffel bag from Vooray and was disappointed with the condition of the item upon arrival. While I personally didn’t plan to use the included shoe bag, it is unacceptable for any component of an order to arrive dirty. Regardless of whether an accessory is optional or not, all items sent to customers should be clean and in proper condition. This reflects basic quality control and brand standards. Vooray needs to do better when it comes to product inspection and packaging before shipping."

Loveeee a loyal customer

"I’m obsessed with this bag !!! I have it in the black quilted and incredibly happy. I wish they would make this style in metallic silver 😍. I wear the quilted black as my day bag and travel all over Miami as an instructor and it fits most of my things. I love that the inside is white bc I can see everything and the million pockets helps with organization. I have multiple electronics, notebooks, books water bottle shes small and mighty folks. This still is a purse so if u pack it it will weigh but drive and it carries everything I need. I just bought the grey one bc after a year and half of consistent wear the material on the quilted black is starting to lose its quality and I’m in and out of gyms and meetings. I do love the quilted handles bc they’re thick and the chic-ness of the black and texture so we’ll see. But still a fav and def recommend !"

"I received the Stuffle bag in the mail with no strap that was supposed to come with it for carrying as a side body bag. I wrote the company and still have not received a response back. I will be sending this back. The material is not as substantial as I had hoped."

Not a commute bag but otherwise good

"My issue with this bag is the laptop section is too small. It’s disappointing as it almost fits. It isn’t comfortable for walking to work, if you are a commuter. Otherwise I do like it but that was the most important feature for me as I wanted a bag for commuting. I will use this as a gym bag since I drive there and don’t walk very far."
