RETURNS
Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is still in new condition with hangtags still attached. Please refer to our Refund page in the footer for instructions on how to return your product to our warehouse.
PRODUCT CARE
All Vooray products are designed for simple cleaning. Products can be machine washed in cold water with like colors. For best results, we recommend hang drying to maintain color vibrancy.

I love my Cinch backpack so much! It’s great for traveling or even just day trips to amusement parks or hiking or whatever. I love the interior water bottle pocket. My first backpack had a defect with the zipper, but Vooray was great about quickly sending me a replacement. I’ve even given these backpacks to friends as gifts, and they have all been very pleased.
