Wrong bag

I bought the Alana quilted forest duffel for my wife as a birthday present. To my surprise we got the completely wrong bag and color. I am extremely disappointed in vooray. I have also reached out 5 different times, just to contact someone, email, anything….. I still have yet been contacted.
