Refunds and Cancelations

You may return any product up to 60 days after the purchase date. In order to receive a refund, your item must be returned in new condition with the original tags still attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back to your card. 

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for shipping. Return labels will not be provided, and no shipping costs will be refunded (including the original shipping paid).

Defective Replacements

We guarantee your bag for one year after the purchase date. If your product is broken or otherwise defective, please reach out to us at info@vooray.com and we will help you. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international sales are final due to longer ship times and varying customs and duties. This excludes the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

SALE PRICE POLICIES

From time to time, Vooray reserves the right to offer promotions and discounts on select items. If you have purchased your item within the last 30 days of the item being offered for a lower price, you may apply for a refund to match the special pricing. This applies only to orders placed prior to listed price reductions. Please contact info@vooray.com for related inquiries.

Vooray reserves the right to make certain sales final based on the discount amount. Such cases will include terms during the course of the sale.
