If your product is broken or otherwise defective, please take a picture of the issue and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. To help expedite the issuance of a replacement, please provide the following information with your pictures:
- Your Order Number (if you have one)
- Your Current Shipping Address
- Whether you'd like a replacement of the exact item, or if you'd like to apply the dollar amount towards a different product.
Your replacement will ship free.
If you'd like to exchange your product or return it for a full refund, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and let us know that you're looking to return the bag for a refund. We will provide you with a shipping address where you can return the product. Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
In order to receive a full refund, your item must be returned in new condition with the original tags still attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back to your account.
All international sales are final due to longer ship times and varying customs and duties. If you would still like to process a return, you will need to pay the return shipping to the address above and work with our team to arrange a credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with Subject: "International Return" and include your order number and full name to expedite your service.
