The bag is cute, I was extremely happy after receiving it in the mail. I took it to the gym once, and upon my second use the strap broke and was unrepairable. No member of customer service has contacted me back within the week despite a promise of 24-48 hours after submission. I’m STILL waiting.

I received my bag in a timely manner. It was cute, I was excited, but it was defective - one side would not cinch and there was a tear in the seam on that same side. I reached out to customer service, including photos of the bag, and got the automatic response that they would contact me in 24-48 hours on business days. I forgot about it until 10 days later - they did not respond and I had to reach out again. They said they couldn’t view my previous email and so I responded to the new email and told them the same thing, this time without photos in case that was the reason they couldn’t see the other email. It’s been 4 days now and I have yet to hear from them - again. Wish I could give an actual review of the bag, but unfortunately customer service hasn’t pulled through even minimally.
