Step 1. Determine Your Why.
Why are you worthy? Why you? You are worthy--we all are, but it's up to you to define your "why."
Step 2. Focus on Mental Clarity.
Set aside time each day for mental clarity. Step away from the chaos of life and focus on YOU and YOUR needs.
Step 3. Move Every Day.
I challenge you to move for 20 minutes a day. Notice I say move and not exercise. It can be exercise, but more importantly, I want you to connect with your body and ENJOY the movement.
Step 4. Start Small.
Keep one commitment to yourself each day. Show yourself that you are trustworthy and worth the commitment. Consider that breaking a commitment to yourself is no different from breaking promises to others.
Step 5. Connect.
Connect with yourself first, then connect with others. Make an effort to reach out and be there for someone else each day. If you need help yourself, ask for it. And trust that someone will be there for you.
