Q. When will I know if I won a v-challenge?
All v-challenge winners will be notified by email within 2 business days from the end of that specific challenge. Your prize will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of verification of the image or video. If the winner does not reply to the email within 7 business days he will not receive the winnings.
Q. How do I upload a video?
You must be logged in to upload videos and photos. Please also make sure your video is an embedded YOUTUBE video file, an mp4 or .flv file. You will also need a screen shot of the video or an image to recognize the file. If you have any questions or still have trouble uploading please contact us or watch the video tutorial available in your account.
Q. How do I return an item?
Please email us at info@vooray.com for all returns. We wil issue you an RA for all undamaged returns within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Q. How do you turn off the music?
There is a small equalizer that will be moving up and down in the upper right corner. Click once and the music will be off.
Q. How do I enter the V-Challenge?
Login or create an account with us then go to the "UPLOAD A VIDEO" or "UPLOAD A PHOTO" link under your account. Follow the on screen instructions to upload a video. Under CATEGORY, select V-CHALLENGE. You will be automatically entered into the contest. Email us at contests@vooray.com with any questions.
Q. How do I participate in Vooray Events?
Please send us an email to be included on the event VIP list. We will send you emails with updates on events and opportunities to party VIP style.
Q. I can't find my video posting
Please login to your account and review the category listing. If no category is listed for the image or video please update it accordingly. If this does not solve the issue please email us at webmaster@vooray.com.
Q. I can't find a category for my video/photo
Please email us at info@vooray.com and we will review the category suggested.
Q. I love the music. Who is it?
Please email us at info@vooray.com to get information on lyrics and song titles.
